HI Nikki! I LOVE this pic...now we are getting somewhere! I love that is in silouhette - her dark figure against the window light. I love that she is really at work "in the moment" doing something - that we esp. students/teachers can relate to. Nice composition and choice to hold the camera vertically(up+down).
